If you need a document notarized, give us a call, text or e-mail and we’d be happy to help. If you come to us, the notary fee is only $5 per notarized signature. This includes up to 3 documents.
There is no travel fee if you come to us. We accept cash and major credit cards.
If you need us to come to you, we’re happy to do so. Here are our travel service fees (travel fees do not include $5 notary fee per notarized signature):

We are well-versed in signing real estate and loan closing documents and explaining those documents to clients. We welcome the opportunity to be your go-to source for mobile signings.
From printing the closing docs, scanning and return, we’ll take care of it in a timely and professional manner. Our current mobile closing fee is $175.00 in Twin Falls County.
